Responsibilities

  • Workflow & Process Oversight – Streamline administrative, record‑keeping, and inventory functions to maximize productivity.
  • Team Leadership – Assign tasks, set expectations, and mentor staff to maintain a high‑performance culture.
  • Vendor & Budget Management – Coordinate with vendors and control operational costs.
  • Compliance & Metrics – Track KPIs, audits, and regulatory requirements; report actionable insights to leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement – Identify and execute initiatives that enhance service delivery and reduce waste.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Merit‑based work ethic with proven leadership in multi‑department operations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management abilities.
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication; professional diplomacy with all stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common operations software; familiarity with accounting / payroll systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years’ relevant operations and supervisory experience.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, pivot quickly, and protect confidential information with integrity.
